Arsenal are reportedly among a number of clubs monitoring Club Brugge forward Nicolò Tresoldi, according to recent comments from the player and reports in Sport Bild. The 21-year-old German U21 international enjoyed a prolific 2025/26 season, scoring 23 goals and providing nine assists in 58 appearances for the Belgian side.
Tresoldi addressed the speculation surrounding his future while speaking to Sport Bild, stating he was aware of the links to several top clubs, including Arsenal, and described it as “an honour.” He acknowledged the reports but remained coy, adding with a laugh, “I don’t know if that’s true.” The forward emphasized his focus on continued development and success, stating his desire to “keep working hard and win trophies.”
Born in Italy and having moved to Germany at the age of 13 to join Hannover’s youth academy, Tresoldi appears open to a variety of options. While acknowledging the possibility of a return to Germany, he also expressed enjoyment of playing abroad, highlighting his adaptable nature and willingness to experience different footballing cultures. He stated he is “open to everything” and enjoys travelling and playing in different countries.
Despite the external interest, Tresoldi indicated his current contentment at Club Brugge, stating “as things stand,” he expects to remain with the Belgian club for the upcoming season. However, he also conceded that “anything can happen in the summer” transfer window, leaving the door open to a potential move. Tresoldi’s impressive goal-scoring record has undoubtedly attracted attention from across Europe, and his versatility could make him a valuable addition to several squads. A move to the Premier League would represent a significant step up in competition for the young striker, while also providing a platform to further showcase his talent.
Should Tresoldi become available, Arsenal may view him as a potential long-term solution in the forward line, adding depth and competition to their attacking options.
