Arsenal have made an initial approach to Juventus regarding a potential deal for winger Kenan Yildiz, with the club reportedly prepared to offer €100 million (£86m) for the 21-year-old, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri. The Gunners view Yildiz as a ‘dream target’ as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen his attacking options ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Arsenal are prioritizing improvements to their left wing and striker positions this summer, despite already possessing a strong squad. Yildiz enjoyed a breakout campaign with Juventus in the recently concluded season, registering ten goals and seven assists in 36 appearances across all competitions. His performances have reportedly caught the eye of Arteta, who has specifically requested the club pursue the Turkish international.
Alongside the pursuit of Yildiz, Arsenal are also exploring a deal for Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis, with David Ornstein reporting that discussions have begun with both the player and the Belgian club. Arsenal are simultaneously progressing with separate deals for Leicester City’s Jeremy Monga and Paris Saint-Germain prospect Emmanuel Mbemba, with Fabrizio Romano stating that the move for Monga is ‘advancing.’
Piero Hincapie is also expected to complete a permanent transfer to Arsenal following a successful loan spell from Bayer Leverkusen. These potential acquisitions signal a busy summer for the North London club as they aim to build upon their recent successes. The addition of Yildiz, should it materialize, would represent a significant investment in Arsenal’s attacking firepower and further solidify their position as Premier League contenders.
