Massimo Brambilla has extended his contract with Juventus Next Gen, remaining as the team’s manager until June 30, 2028, the club confirmed. The renewal recognizes Brambilla’s work in developing young talent within the Juventus system and rewards his consistent performance with the reserve side.
Brambilla has become a key figure in Juventus’ youth setup, having overseen more than 150 matches for the Next Gen team. He has a proven track record of preparing players for professional football, with several graduates from the Next Gen side subsequently making appearances for the Juventus first team. His commitment to the club’s development philosophy has been central to his success.
Notably, Brambilla briefly managed the Juventus first team in October 2025, securing a 3-1 victory against Udinese in his Serie A debut. This experience further solidified the club’s faith in his coaching abilities. The extension to 2028 is seen as a natural progression, reflecting the Juventus’ desire to maintain continuity in its youth development strategy.
Last season, Juventus Next Gen achieved their highest-ever regular season finish in Serie C, placing fifth in the league table.
