Strasbourg are reportedly seeking a fee of €38 million, plus a further €5 million in potential bonuses, for Moreira. Should Borussia Dortmund meet these demands, the transfer would represent a club record fee, exceeding the €35 million paid to Stade Rennais for Ousmane Dembélé in 2016. Moreira enjoyed a productive 2025/26 season with Strasbourg, registering five goals and nine assists in 42 appearances across all competitions. Currently, Moreira is part of Belgium’s squad for the upcoming World Cup tournament. This international experience adds to his appeal, showcasing his ability to perform on a major stage. He has earned 12 caps for Belgium since making his debut in 2023, becoming a regular feature in their attacking lineup.
