The club has also been linked with Scott, and according to The Athletic, Michael Carrick’s Bournemouth have been approached regarding a potential transfer.
Scott enjoyed a breakthrough 2025-26 campaign, playing a pivotal role in Bournemouth’s sixth-place finish and subsequent qualification for the Europa League. His ball-carrying ability is widely recognized as among the best in the Premier League, making him an attractive prospect for top clubs. Speaking to talkSPORT’s Ben Jacobs, Adams stated, “Super, super excited [to see Scott training with the England senior team]. Scott is in contention to make his England senior debut in the upcoming friendly against Costa Rica. England began their World Cup preparations with a 1-0 victory over New Zealand, led by captain Harry Kane. They will begin their World Cup campaign against Croatia on June 17th, followed by matches against Ghana and Panama.
