AC Milan are considering a move for Manchester United full-back Noussair Mazraoui, according to reports emerging from Italy. The information was revealed during Tuttosport’s YouTube broadcast, Aperimercato, with journalist Nicolò Schira providing updates on the Rossoneri’s transfer plans.
Mazraoui joined Manchester United from Bayern Munich last summer, signing a five-year contract. However, his time at Old Trafford has been somewhat inconsistent, with the Moroccan international making 21 appearances across all competitions this season. He has struggled to cement a regular starting position under Erik ten Hag, often rotating with Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Milan are reportedly seeking to reinforce their right-back position and view Mazraoui as a potential option. The club is currently managed by Paulo Fonseca, who was appointed earlier this year, and is actively shaping the squad for the upcoming season. The potential arrival of Mazraoui would add competition for places and provide tactical flexibility.
Schira indicated that Milan are evaluating several profiles to strengthen their squad, with Mazraoui among those being monitored. No fee has been reported at this stage, and the nature of Milan’s interest remains exploratory. The club’s transfer strategy is closely linked to the appointment of Amorim as manager, though this has not yet been confirmed.
Aperimercato also announced that former Juventus striker Fabrizio Ravanelli will join the broadcast team as a new analyst, offering insights and behind-the-scenes information. The program continues to provide updates on transfer activity across Italian football, with a particular focus on Juventus and Milan.
Should Mazraoui move to Milan, it would likely signal a desire for more consistent playing time, something he has not found guaranteed at Manchester United. The transfer could also represent an opportunity for Milan to acquire a proven player with Champions League experience, further bolstering their ambitions in both domestic and European competitions.
