Pervis Estupiñán is set to join Aston Villa from Milan, with the move expected to be finalized in the coming hours, according to reports from Italy. The Ecuadorian left-back will reunite with Aston Villa manager Unai Emery, having previously worked together at Villarreal. Estupiñán is expected to sign a contract with the Premier League club that runs until 2031.
Milan are anticipated to receive a fee in the region of €15-18 million for the 25-year-old. Estupiñán’s time at the San Siro has been largely underwhelming, despite scoring a decisive goal in the Milan derby, and the club are keen to generate funds following significant investment in new signings such as Gonçalo Ramos and Mario Gila.
Alongside Estupiñán, Milan are also looking to move on several other players. Warren Bondo is attracting interest from Udinese and Stuttgart, with Milan hoping to secure around €8-10 million for the French midfielder. Yunus Musah is also a potential departure, with Leeds United and Ipswich Town both expressing interest in the American international, potentially yielding a fee of around €20 million. Youssouf Fofana has been deemed surplus to requirements and could also leave.
Filippo Terracciano is a target for Monza, who are considering a loan deal with an obligation to buy if they remain in Serie A. Santiago Gimenez and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also being offered around, though finding buyers for both players may prove difficult given Gimenez’s lack of goals last season and Loftus-Cheek’s expiring contract. Young talents Christian Comotto and Francesco Camarda are expected to sign contract extensions until 2031, with loan moves potentially following to ensure regular playing time.
