Juventus are once again pursuing Paris Saint-Germain forward Randal Kolo Muani, according to reports from Turin. The club has re-established contact with PSG regarding the French international, who previously spent six months on loan with the Bianconeri during the 2024-2025 season.
The move comes after a disappointing loan spell for Kolo Muani at Tottenham Hotspur, where he scored five goals and helped secure their Premier League survival. He was also left out of the recent World Cup squad, further contributing to his diminished status in Paris. Juventus officials have reportedly spoken with both PSG representatives and the player’s agents, with Juventus CEO Giovanni Carnevali potentially set to meet with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi to discuss the possibility of a transfer.
Kolo Muani initially joined Juventus in January 2025 on a loan deal facilitated by then-sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and head coach Thiago Motta, who had strong ties to PSG. A permanent transfer failed to materialize last summer following disagreements between Al-Khelaifi and former Juventus executive Damien Comolli, leading to the club pursuing other options. Juventus ultimately signed Openda, while Kolo Muani moved to Tottenham.
PSG currently value Kolo Muani at approximately €30 million. Carnevali will explore the feasibility of a loan deal with an obligation to buy, a structure that would potentially suit both clubs. Juventus are also simultaneously pursuing other attacking options, including exploring the possibility of a contract renewal for Dusan Vlahovic and considering Nicolas Jackson of Chelsea, who has been offered as part of a potential deal involving Andrea Cambiaso. Alexander Sorloth and Nico Gonzalez are also reportedly under consideration. The club is seeking to add at least two new forwards this summer, as requested by manager Luciano Spalletti.
The potential return of Kolo Muani would add depth and experience to Juventus’s attacking line, bringing back a player who previously impressed during his initial stint in Turin, scoring 10 goals. A successful transfer could provide the French forward with a platform to rediscover his form and become a key player for the Bianconeri.
