Juventus have submitted a final offer of €35 million plus bonuses, potentially reaching €45 million with a percentage of any future sale, for Paris Saint-Germain forward Randal Kolo Muani, according to reports in Italy. The offer represents a last attempt to secure the player, with Juventus indicating it is a take-it-or-leave-it proposition.
Juventus are simultaneously pursuing a deal for Mateo Pellegrino of Parma, having reportedly reached an agreement with the player on a five-year contract worth €2 million per season. However, the club is prioritizing the potential acquisition of Kolo Muani, sensing a shift in PSG’s willingness to negotiate a sale.
Parma are reportedly seeking a permanent transfer for Pellegrino to free up funds for their own signings, and may be willing to lower their initial asking price of €30 million. Juventus, should they secure Kolo Muani, would prefer to structure a deal for Pellegrino as a loan with an obligation to buy, contingent on certain conditions being met.
Negotiations are ongoing, with a potential compromise involving an expensive loan deal and achievable conditions for the obligatory purchase being discussed. Juventus are aiming to add two forwards before their pre-season tour of Asia and Oceania, and the swift completion of these deals is seen as crucial to coach Luciano Spalletti’s preparations. Kolo Muani, 26, managed 15 goals and 6 assists in 34 appearances for PSG last season, but has been linked with a move away from the French capital this summer. Pellegrino, 22, is a promising Argentinian winger who impressed in Serie B with Parma last season, scoring 3 goals and providing 7 assists in 36 appearances.
