Juventus are reportedly interested in signing both Andy Robertson and Alisson from Liverpool this summer, according to reports in The Times. The potential departures of the pair would represent a significant shift for the Merseyside club, losing two key members of what has been described as Liverpool’s ‘Mount Rushmore’ of modern-day icons alongside Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.
Interest in Alisson is growing, with the goalkeeper said to be open to a move to Turin. Robertson has also been linked with a transfer to Juventus, where a potentially slower pace of play could extend his career at the highest level. However, Tottenham Hotspur are also strongly pursuing Robertson, with an agreement reportedly in place since January, as confirmed by Fabrizio Romano.
Tottenham’s pursuit of Robertson has continued with the appointment of Roberto De Zerbi as manager, who has reportedly made it clear he wants to sign the left-back. The north London club value Robertson’s experience and believe he would immediately strengthen their squad. Robertson has been a crucial player for Liverpool since joining from Hull City in 2017, becoming known for his tireless work rate and consistent delivery from wide areas.
Alisson, who arrived at Anfield in 2018, has established himself as one of the Premier League’s top goalkeepers, playing a vital role in Liverpool’s Champions League and Premier League successes. While no fee has been disclosed for either player, both are expected to be available on free transfers this summer as their contracts with Liverpool expire. A move to Juventus would offer both players the opportunity to experience a new league and continue their careers at a top European club. The potential departures would leave Liverpool seeking replacements in key positions ahead of next season.
