Juventus are set to begin discussions regarding contract renewals for several players following the conclusion of the current Serie A season, with Pierre Kalulu a key priority. While Kalulu’s current deal doesn't expire until 2029, the club intends to offer him a revised contract bringing his salary in line with teammates Manuel Locatelli and Weston McKennie, currently earning around €4 million per year.
Kalulu has been a consistent performer for Juventus this season, offering both physical and technical stability in defence, despite occasional lapses in concentration, particularly during set-pieces. He has shown significant improvement in attacking contributions, adding another dimension to his game. The club views him as deserving of financial recognition for his contributions.
Alongside Kalulu, Juventus will also open talks with Khephren Thuram regarding a potential contract adjustment. Thuram’s deal also runs until 2029, but his current salary is lower than recent renewals within the squad. Initial discussions have already taken place through his father and the club’s directors, with further meetings planned.
However, the future of Bremer remains uncertain, with the club potentially open to a sale despite his current €5 million salary. Bremer has expressed a desire for greater recognition, both financially and in terms of the club’s ambitions. Juventus will assess offers for the defender, alongside considering a renewal.
Dusan Vlahovic’s situation is less clear, with his contract expiring this summer and a failure to qualify for the Champions League likely to hinder renewal talks. Arkadiusz Milik will definitely depart the club despite having one year remaining on his current contract. Discussions regarding all these renewals will begin in earnest next week, following the final match of the season.
