The potential arrival of Kessié comes as the future of Teun Koopmeiners at the club remains uncertain, with the player currently viewed as neither a starter nor a clear prospect for a starting role.
Pirisi suggests that Koopmeiners may be better suited to a role as a left-sided centre-back in a three-man defence, a tactical option Spalletti is reportedly considering. The club will assess Koopmeiners’ capabilities in this position during the upcoming pre-season tour, particularly given the injury to Paul Pogba.
Young forward Ekhator is also being monitored closely, but the club are urging patience with the 19-year-old, who is currently recovering from an injury sustained against Basel. He is not expected to be a key player this season, with the focus on gradual development.
A potential return for Dusan Vlahovic is proving difficult, with a reported €6 million difference in valuation. Juventus are hesitant to meet the commission demands of Vlahovic’s father, currently standing at €8-9 million, while offering €4-5 million. The player himself is seeking a salary of €7 million, with Juventus offering up to €6.5 million. The commission, rather than the salary, is the primary obstacle to a deal.
Other attacking options being considered include Lorenzo Pellegrino of Parma, viewed as a cost-effective solution, and a move for Inter’s Icardi has been ruled out due to his previous relationship with coach Spalletti. Current forward Arkadiusz Openda is reportedly available for transfer, with the club seeking a move to the Premier League to recoup funds.
Juventus are also monitoring André from Corinthians, but the Brazilian’s €18 million price tag presents a challenge, particularly with other priorities in the goalkeeping and attacking positions. Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez is a key target, but concerns over a broken finger and potential surgery could impact negotiations, potentially allowing Juventus to negotiate a lower fee.
