Parma Calcio have completed the signing of Ousmane Diallo from Borussia Dortmund, according to Gianluca Di Marzio. The 19-year-old winger will join the Serie A club immediately, despite having a year remaining on his contract with the German side. Diallo joined Borussia Dortmund’s youth setup from Spain in the summer of 2023, initially featuring for the club’s U-19 team. He spent the majority of the 2023-24 season with Dortmund’s reserve team, making 28 appearances in the Regionalliga West, Germany’s fourth tier of football.
