Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to offload both Richarlison and Guglielmo Vicario this summer as Roberto De Zerbi continues to reshape the squad following a significant period of investment. According to CaughtOffside, Spurs have ‘opened talks’ regarding a potential sale of Richarlison, with Juventus and Fenerbahce expressing interest.
The North London club are seeking a fee in the region of €20-25million (£17-21m) for the Brazilian forward. Juventus have identified Richarlison as an alternative to Randal Kolo Muani, who recently returned to Paris Saint-Germain after a loan spell at Tottenham. The Serie A side are encouraged by the fact that Richarlison’s wages align with their budget and that the player himself prefers a move to Italy over Turkey, desiring to remain in a major European league.
Richarlison joined Tottenham from Everton in 2022 for a reported £60 million, and has scored 13 goals in 35 Premier League appearances for the club. However, his form has been inconsistent, and with De Zerbi adding attacking options, the club are willing to let him depart.
Alongside Richarlison, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is also available for transfer. Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Juventus are also interested in the Italian shot-stopper, viewing him as a potential alternative to Aston Villa’s Emi Martinez. Spurs have indicated they would accept a bid of around £20m for Vicario, who arrived at the club last summer from Empoli. De Zerbi has reportedly settled on Antonin Kinsky as his new first-choice goalkeeper, diminishing Vicario’s role within the squad.
These potential departures would further free up funds for De Zerbi to pursue additional targets, with Savinho of Manchester City and Eli Junior Kroupi identified as potential additions. Tottenham have already been active in the transfer market, bringing in Mateus Fernandes, Sandro Tonali, Jan Paul van Hecke, Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, and Martin Dubravka.
