Liverpool FC specialist David Lynch revealed on the Anfield Index YouTube show that Liverpool need to present an offer that PSG cannot refuse, and that Barcola must actively push for the transfer. Lynch stated that the situation is less about PSG’s willingness to sell and more about the feasibility of reaching an agreement on fees and wages, indicating the club highly regards the player.
