Inter defender Yann Bisseck is attracting interest from Bayern Munich, while winger Luis Henrique is expected to leave the club, according to reports in Italy. The potential departures come as Inter reshape their squad for the upcoming season.
Bisseck, who joined Inter, has become a regular feature in the team, making 36 appearances across all competitions. His development under the guidance of Cristian Chivu has been significant, showcasing his ability to play both centrally and on the right side of defense. While the club appreciates Bisseck, with Chivu particularly impressed, his form has drawn attention from the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich are reportedly leading the chase, and Bisseck is said to be keen on the opportunity to play a prominent role in a Champions League-competing team. Last summer, Crystal Palace offered approximately €32 million for the German defender, but the move did not materialize. Inter are believed to be seeking around €40 million for Bisseck, a figure that would allow them to pursue Atalanta’s Marco Palestra and further strengthen their defensive options, especially with Acerbi’s contract expiring.
Luis Henrique’s situation differs considerably. The Brazilian winger saw increased playing time due to Dumfries’ injury, adapting to a relatively new role with dedication. However, a clear difference in performance was evident upon Dumfries’ return to the starting lineup. Following Dumfries’ transfer to Real Madrid, Inter have identified Palestra as their primary target for the right-wingback position. Diouf is being considered as a backup, having shown promise in that role during the previous season. As a result, Inter are open to selling Henrique, hoping to secure a fee between €20 and €30 million to fund the transfer of Palestra. Bournemouth expressed strong interest in Henrique in January and may renew their efforts in the coming weeks.
The reshaping of Inter’s squad appears to be aligning with the vision of Cristian Chivu, with the club actively seeking to strengthen key positions and streamline the roster.
