Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has indicated the club could make a move for Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, potentially to play alongside Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior. While acknowledging the club’s history of acquiring top talent – referencing past signings like Figo, Kaka, Ronaldo, and Beckham – Perez remained circumspect when directly asked about Haaland, stating he does not comment on such matters and that it falls under the remit of the sporting director. However, his broader comments suggest an openness to adding another world-class forward to the squad.
Haaland currently has a long-term contract with Manchester City, extending until 2034, and the club have reportedly no intention of selling the Norwegian.
