Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly pursuing both Gleison Bremer and Raoul Bellanova from Serie A clubs Juventus and Atalanta, respectively, according to reports emerging from Italian media outlets. This comes after a busy start to the summer transfer window for Spurs, with Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, and Martin Dubravka joining as free agents, alongside Jan Paul van Hecke and Mateus Fernandes from Brighton & Hove Albion and West Ham United.
Reports from TuttoJuve indicate that Tottenham are ‘pushing’ for Bremer, the 29-year-old Brazilian centre-back who has been with Juventus since 2022. Bayern Munich are also said to be interested in Bremer, with Juventus valuing him at €54 million (£46.3m, $61.8m). Both clubs are ‘watching closely’ as the situation develops.
Alongside Bremer, Tottenham are also showing interest in Atalanta’s Raoul Bellanova. According to TMW, the north London club have enquired about the 26-year-old Italy international, who is versatile enough to play as a right-back, right wing-back, or right winger. Bellanova provided two assists in 36 appearances across all competitions for Atalanta last season and is valued between €15 and €20 million (£17.1m, $22.9m) by his current club.
Tottenham recently completed a £100 million deal with Newcastle United for Sandro Tonali, further strengthening their midfield options. The club are also reportedly considering a move for AC Milan winger Rafael Leao, signalling an intent to significantly overhaul the squad under new manager Roberto De Zerbi. Adding Bremer and Bellanova would represent a continued focus on Serie A talent as De Zerbi builds his team. These additions would address needs in defence and provide further options in the wide areas, potentially increasing competition for places and tactical flexibility within the squad.
