Juventus winger Francisco Conceicao is attracting interest from Premier League clubs Liverpool and Manchester United following a strong season with the Turin side, according to reports in Italy. The 21-year-old posted a message to Juventus fans on Instagram reflecting on a disappointing season for the club, but also expressing optimism for the future.
Conceicao made 41 appearances across all competitions for Juventus in the recently concluded season, scoring four goals. He arrived at Juventus from Porto in 2023, initially on a loan deal which was later made permanent. The Portuguese international has shown flashes of brilliance, but also inconsistency, during his time in Italy, often deployed as a substitute.
The winger’s Instagram post acknowledged the frustration of Juventus supporters after the club failed to meet expectations this season, finishing outside the Champions League qualification spots. He thanked the fans for their support and vowed that the team would work to return to a position of prominence. The post has been interpreted by some as a farewell message, fuelling speculation about a potential move.
Liverpool and Manchester United are both reportedly monitoring Conceicao’s situation, as they seek to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season. Liverpool are looking to refresh their forward line, while United are consistently in the market for wide players. No fee has been reported at this stage, and Juventus have not confirmed any offers for the player, but the Premier League interest is described as significant.
Should Conceicao move to the Premier League, it would represent a significant step up in competition and profile. His pace and dribbling ability could make him a valuable asset for either Liverpool or Manchester United, but he would need to demonstrate greater consistency to succeed in the demanding English top flight.
