Al Hilal have expressed interest in Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni, though no formal negotiations are currently underway between the two clubs. According to reports from Italy, Al Hilal officials contacted Bastoni’s agent, Tullio Tinti, to gather information about the player’s potential availability. While the inquiry could develop into a formal offer, it may also prove to be a preliminary assessment common in the transfer market.
Inter have reportedly set a price tag of €80 million for Bastoni, indicating they would consider a sale should an offer matching that valuation be received. The club’s willingness to entertain offers reflects a shifting stance, though the player’s own desires will also be a significant factor. Bastoni was previously linked with moves to Barcelona and, more recently, Real Madrid, reportedly showing openness to a transfer to Barcelona, but without actively pushing for a move away from Inter.
Recent events may influence Bastoni’s willingness to consider a move. The 27-year-old has faced criticism following incidents during matches, including a controversial challenge against Juventus’ Kalulu, and has been subjected to jeers from opposing fans.
