Inter Milan open talks for River Plate's Ian Subiabre amid Man City interest

Inter Milan have opened talks to sign River Plate winger Ian Subiabre, according to TEAMtalk, as they attempt to fend off rival interest from Manchester City and a host of other top European clubs.
