Juventus have firmly rejected a significant bid from Arsenal for forward Kenan Yildiz, according to reports in Italy. Despite an offer reaching a triple-digit figure, the club’s ownership has ruled out any sale, viewing the young Turkish international as central to their future plans. The Bianconeri are instead focusing on building a new team around Yildiz, supplementing the squad with experienced players and promising youth prospects like Ekhator.
This stance marks a shift in Juventus’s transfer strategy, prioritizing squad building over immediate financial gains. The club is looking to leverage incoming funds from the sale of Elif Elmas Muharemovic to Leeds United – a deal worth €20 million for 50% ownership – and foster new partnerships to strengthen their financial position. Juventus believe these synergies will be crucial in managing their budget and reducing financial strain.
Elsewhere, the arrival of Celik at Juventus has prompted consideration of potential departures, with defender Pierre Kalulu attracting interest from the Premier League. Both Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with a move for the Frenchman, with United reportedly sending scouts to observe Kalulu during Juventus matches. Juventus are open to considering offers for several players, aiming to create space in the squad and generate further transfer revenue.
Juventus are also exploring potential deals with several Serie A clubs, including Parma, Genoa, Sassuolo, Udinese, Cagliari, and Bologna, to offload players. Discussions have taken place regarding Adzic to Cagliari, Miretti to Bologna, and a potential swap involving Di Gregorio and Carnesecchi with Atalanta. The club is actively seeking opportunities to facilitate outgoing transfers, but have so far not received any offers for Bremer that meet their valuation. The club is seeking offers of at least €45 million for the Brazilian centre-back. Juventus are also actively seeking proposals for players in midfield and attack as they look to reshape the squad for the upcoming season.
