Randal Kolo Muani has returned to Paris Saint-Germain training but is not part of Luis Enrique’s plans, according to L’Équipe. The forward recently completed a loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur and has rejoined the PSG squad, however he is currently training with the club’s reserve team.
Juventus, who previously took Kolo Muani on loan for the second half of the 2024-2025 season, are again expressing interest in securing his services permanently. The Italian club are reportedly seeking a way to bring the player back to Turin, despite Kolo Muani’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain running until 2028.
Kolo Muani initially joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023, but has struggled to establish himself as a consistent starter in the French capital. His loan move to Tottenham aimed to provide him with regular playing time, though he did not significantly impact their Premier League campaign. A return to Juventus would offer him a familiar environment and the potential for a more prominent role.
Renato Sanches is also back in Paris after a loan spell at Panathinaikos, where he made 24 appearances last season. PSG are reportedly hoping to find an exit for Sanches, with his contract set to expire in one year. The club appears to be streamlining its squad ahead of the upcoming season, with several players deemed surplus to requirements. These moves signal a potential shift in strategy for PSG, focusing on a leaner and more focused squad.
