Saïd Hamulic joins Wisla Plock after Toulouse contract termination
Toulouse have released Saïd Hamulic, with the Bosnian forward joining Polish top-flight side Wisla Plock on a free transfer until 2027. The move was finalized Wednesday ahead of Poland's transfer deadline, ending the 25-year-old's unsuccessful 18-month spell in France.
Hamulic departs Toulouse having made just six appearances without scoring since arriving in 2023. He spent the first half of this season on loan at Greek side Volos NFC, a spell described as unsuccessful in French media reports. The Ligue 1 club had reintegrated him into training last week but opted to terminate his contract early.
The six-cap international returns to Poland's Ekstraklasa, where he previously played for Stal Mielec in 2023 and Widzew Lodz during the 2024-2025 campaign. Wisla Plock currently sit 10th in the 18-team division, with Hamulic's arrival providing attacking reinforcement as they seek to climb the table.
Toulouse's decision ends a forgettable chapter for both parties, while the move offers Hamulic an opportunity to reignite his career in familiar surroundings. The striker will aim to replicate his previous Polish league form, having scored 11 goals in 34 appearances during his earlier spells in the country.
